Another way to monetize your blog is with Amazon’s affiliate program. Promote any product on your blog via your link. Once you apply to Amazon’s affiliate program you have 180 days to make 3 sales to get accepted into the program. So make sure you’ll have enough traffic before you apply.

Or you can monetize your blog by selling a digital product or creating a course that helps solve your reader’s problem.

2. Become A Virtual Assistant

Virtual Assistants, or short VA, are in high demand.

1. Set Goals

Get clear on your goals. Because it’s easier to hit them when you know what they are.

To get clear on your goals write them down on a piece of paper, a notepad, or on your phone so that you can come back anytime.

• How much money do you want to make?
• How much do you need to make to leave your job, and go on that vacation?
• What do you need the extra income for?

2. Set a deadline

Define a clear date by which you would like to hit your target.

• By when do you need to make the money?

3. What are you going to do to achieve it?

Now that you know how much money you want to make and by when you want to make it it’s time to put an action plan in place.

• How much time per day or week are you going to set aside?
• What are you going to work on when you are sitting down?

Then tell your partner or husband when exactly you’re going to sit down and work to avoid confrontation and to make sure that your partner is on board and fully supports you and your goals.

4. Make sure the kids are taken care off

Before you start working make sure you organize child care. Or, if you have family close by organize one day of the week or specific hours for them to look after the kids while you work towards the family budget.

5. Organize the household first

Coordinate your daily house chores first, before you do any work to make sure your family feels like the number one.
